What are you grateful for?

 We hope to donate money to feed 10 Maryland families on Thanksgiving this year. Reply to the image above, which is posted to our Facebook and Instagram page, with a comment sharing what you are grateful. In turn, we will donate $10 on your behalf.

We are creating a community gratitude jar. A gratitude jar is a wonderful way to begin an attitude of gratitude by writing down what you are grateful for on daily basis.

Thank you for participating in our fundraiser for the Annapolis SPCA. Dozens of people entered pictures of their adorable pets in costumes and we made a donation for every entry.

Tax Credit!

Energy Star and the Tax Credit for window has changed! Moving forward in order to meet the tax credit for the next ten years, 2022-2023 windows must meet the Energy Star Most Efficient category as well as the Energy Efficient rating. Homeowners can receive up to $600.00 max for qualifying windows and up to $500 on qualifying doors ($250 each). Doors need to meet the Energy Star 7.0 requirements. 

  

 

Please consult your local tax professionals for specific amounts and details. While we are not tax professionals we are able to discuss the Energy Efficient doors and windows we can provide for you.
